“ I was a Haidilao virgin until this Friday night, and then had my cherry popped. Now I totally get why people love coming here. Upon coming here, I was greeted by a very nice host and server, and escorted to the table I made a reservation for. I would highly recommend making a reservation to avoid the wait. Anyway, the ordering for the food was pretty simple, just was given the iPad to order the broth, and then the meats, veggies, etc. the interface was straight forward, and once I ordered, the broth and food came out pretty quick. I got the pork stomach and chicken broth, and the broth had a nice peppery and rich pork and chicken flavor to it. The meat quality of the lamb shoulder and beef belly was top quality, and the veggies were fresh as well. I loved the fish balls the most, I really liked the roe filling inside. The multi layered tofu was also very silky. It took me a while to finish my meal, and I was not rushed by staff at all, which was great. My girlfriend wanted to get dessert, and we chose the Mango claw dessert, which unfortunately they couldn't make. They replaced it with this frozen yogurt bear, which tasted like a melon. I didn't really care for the dessert to be honest. Haidilao was an exceptional hot pot experience to try, and I get the hype about them now. The food quality from the broth to the meats and veggies was top tier, and so was the service too. Only downside is that it's pretty expensive as it's a la carte, but quality is pretty damn good here. I would come back here again for sure. ”

“ First time here. Big restaurant with plenty of seating. Love the decor. Order from a tablet. Food arrive pretty quickly. Clean location. They give you an apron for the meal. The restroom is clean as well and even has mouth wash for after your meal! Food is fresh and delicious. Be prepared to splurge. There's a side bar for sauce and appetizers and fruit. ”

The food is great but what was even better was the service especially by Jennie, and Jonathan. They made us feel right at home . Jennie was always moving with quick and fast to serve us and others. She was also very kind and nice with a sweet smile. Jonathan was always attentive and helpful . The food was nice especially with the deals going on . Today we got brisket , steak and lamb .
